The yams and corn bread were a no go today. It’s hit or miss with the rest depending on the cook. Oh yeah, Massey was our server this time, and she’s pleasant, so that aspect of my visit was a solid 4! Returned again, I love their ranch. I’m sure the quality of the food depends on the time of day you come. The sausage was cold, but they do have soup again. The fried green tomatoes were saturated with grease and flimsy. The salad bar of course is my favorite so that’s mainly what I ate. We went at 4pm, and they weren’t busy at all! I won’t be returning anytime soon. She brought us both 2 each (2 Sprites/2 teas) at the same time like she didn’t want to be bothered to return to our table. She literally checked on all the customers around us and never said anything to us after bringing us our drinks. Last, our waitress didn’t check on us once. We tried to wait for them to bring out more yams, dressing, and broccoli casserole since salad wasn’t another option for me, but after 25 minutes I gave up on that. The nail in the coffin was when the manager came to tell me it was probably from another customer and told me I could get another one. I absolutely love their ranch, but this hair in my salad ruined that for me. It is with a heavy heart I have to give them 1 star today as this was my favorite place to eat here in McDonough.
